Job Opportunity For Marketing Coordinator We’re looking for a motivated, creative individual to join our marketing team as a Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns, and events. Do you have a passion for graphics and marketing? Your responsibilities will include the following: Collaborating with the marketing team to execute campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media Generating compelling content for social media, emails, blogs, newsletters, and print sources that tells a story and is consistent with our brand Capturing high-quality photos at various locations and events for use in marketing materials, social media, and campaigns Overseeing daily management of social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter by posting, scheduling, and responding to interactions Supporting the marketing email account by creating graphics and content Assisting with paid advertising on Google Ads, Meta Ads, direct mail, and local channels Designing and ordering print materials for promotions, events, sponsorships, and internal use Ensuring current graphics and content are visible and relevant across websites and social media platforms Working with various departments such as HR, Sales, and Operations to fulfill design requests and support internal communications Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, tracking ROI, engagement, and conversion rates Managing and responding to online reviews to enhance brand reputation Maintaining and organizing marketing files, presentations, schedules, and projects Planning and participating in event outreach including partnership events, customer appreciation days, networking, and promotional activities Other duties as required We expect you to have the following skills and qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Minimum 2-4 years of previous experience in marketing, graphic design, or related field Experience working for a subscription-based company preferred Knowledge of design principles and graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Wordpress, social media management tools, and email marketing software Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Reports to: Senior Director of Marketing
