Job Description We’re seeking a skilled eCommerce Strategist to join our team and take full ownership of client success. The ideal candidate will independently manage their workload with a strong focus on client satisfaction, serving as the bridge between our clients and the agency. You’ll be the primary contact for your assigned clients, stepping into a fractional CMO role that combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution. Your top priority will be ensuring client satisfaction by delivering on digital projects (including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, TikTok Shop, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, Influencer Marketing, etc.) on time and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate should be well-prepared, an attentive listener, customer-oriented, and comfortable leading client calls and projects. High emotional intelligence, public speaking skills, and strong relationship-building abilities are essential. If you're hesitant on calls or aren't a people person, this role may not be for you. Responsibilities Maintain close communication with clients, promptly responding to emails and calls Convey client requests to the appropriate internal teams Familiarize yourself with clients’ businesses, strategizing with internal teams to continually enhance client performance and drive revenue growth Engage with clients on campaign planning, promotions, and other key activities to support their goals Collaborate with team members to create tailored, effective campaigns or projects aligned with client needs Proactively resolve issues, ensuring clients remain satisfied and expectations are met Maintain records for clients and handle related administrative tasks Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or Advertising 3 years of agency experience in an account management, executive, or strategist role Previous experience in eCommerce or a similar agency environment is highly desirable Advanced understanding of eCommerce and DTC Marketing (Shopify, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, TikTok Shop) Self-driven and entrepreneurial-minded Passionate about excellence and highly competitive Strong relationship-building skills, both with clients and internal teams Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive base salary, dependent on your experience and previous achievements, ranging from $70,000 to $90,000. Bonus incentives provide the potential to earn up to $150,000 annually.
