Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (for this Med/Surg Telemetry role) NIHSS - NIH Stroke Scale Certification (required before start as the facility might require it, and the location indicates a relevance to stroke care) Job Requirements Night shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7pm-7am Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience Must have 18 months perm MS/Tele PRIOR to travel MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND TWO recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission PBDS Assessment – waived ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required Qualivis – Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked Schedule Information Night shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7pm-7am Unit Specific Information Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience Additional Details Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support is required for certain specialties, e.g., Endoscopy, ICU, etc. Candidates with certifications expiring within 30 days of start must renew prior to start State License 1 Verification is required prior to start and for both NEW and EXT contracts
