1st Shift Experienced Industrial Painter

1st Shift Painters - Overhead Line Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in partnership with a prominent client in Spencerville, IN within the Industrial Painting industry. Painters Job Summary: • $18.50 hour start • 1st Shift: 6:00am - 3:30pm • Apply primer, paint, and other coatings to automotive and military parts on overhead moving line. • Painters will maintain all paint guns, including rebuilding, cleaning, repairing, replacing parts and general preventative maintenance. • Maintain all paperwork associated with spray painting. • Assist with loading and unloading the paint lines as required. Painters Qualifications: • Must interview and take a paint test. • Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience in a related spray painting position. • Must understand the proper operation and use of all related painting equipment including spray guns, paint pots, and spray booths. • Regularly lift and move up to 25 lbs., occasionally 50 lbs. or more, standing, stooping, hand/finger dexterity. • Must be able to wear steel toed shoes/boots, safety glasses, and full-face respirator.
