ABAP Developer 2

Work with the business users and functional teams in business requirement gathering. Develop technical specifications for the requirements provided. Develop software applications using SAP ABAP development workbench tools such as Dialog programs, Report programming using Classical and ALV approaches, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, Interfaces for data export and import, Batch Data Communication (BDC). Employ object-oriented programming techniques, develop enhancements using user-exits/BADI's and the enhancement framework, OData Service, and ABAP Webdynpros. Collaborate with the Testing team in preparing test cases and assist in Integration and User Acceptance testing. Collaborate with the Information Technology Security team in making necessary program changes to enforce and control program access. Collaborate with the Information Technology Basis team in deploying applications. Provide production support and analyze, make necessary programming changes and resolve issues raised through Support tickets. Help the functional team in analysis for support issues by providing debug assistance. Provide support by debugging, analyzing and researching availability of SAP OSS Note recommendations during system upgrade activities. Requirements: Bachelor's (or foreign equivalent) in information technology, computer science or a related field plus 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience. The experience must include BADIs, BTEs, OSS Notes, Webdynpro ABAP, and UI5/Fiori. The skills and knowledge need not be maintained over the full term of experience required.
