When you join RadNet as a High Risk Breast Coordinator , you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes. You Will: Review and implement our risk assessment tool for breast imaging patients Entering, maintaining and developing statistical information and reports Handles all specimen collection samples Assists with the tracking and monitoring of BI-RADS 4,5,6 as needed Scheduling of patient procedures and exams Implements and reviews policies and procedures related to the breast navigation program Notify the patient's physician or provider with positive biopsy results as needed Handle delicate situations in a supportive and empathetic manner Attend and participate in various meetings and trainings as required If You Are: Passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations. You have a structured work-approach, understand complex problems and you are able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word Self-motivated and proven ability to work both independently or effectively as a team with a variety of healthcare specialists Strong organizational skills and ability to work with a minimal amount of supervision and effectively establish work priorities Effective problem-solving skills and ability to concentrate in multiple and varied tasks
