E/O holiday Unit Specific Information Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 5th floor 23 beds medical/surgical (ortho, general, urology, ENT) pm ratio 1:5, nights 1:6-8 2nd floor 32 beds 3 levels of care ICU/Stepdown/Med-Surg. would take Med/Surg patients only pm ratio 1:5, nights 1:6-8 Unit Information: Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates Scrub Colors: any professional-colored scrubs Additional Details Radius Rule: Contractors must live outside 50 miles from facility Start Date: ASAP- Need 12/9 or 12/16- no later starts accepted Float Requirements: to like units.
