Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry - $1,921 per week

Certification Details BLS ACLS AZ license or compact Job Details A hospital in Arizona is looking for experienced nurses for a travel contract for their MS/Tele float pool. The right candidate will have 2 years of current tele experience. Job Requirements Travelers must be able to titrate drips. Travelers are required to pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to starting (2 max attempts) and will take a pass/fail Sim lab on day 1 of orientation. Schedule Information Shifts: 12 hr shifts. 7-7. Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend. Floating to different units mid-shift can happen. Notification of campus and unit given 1.5 hrs prior to shift start. Unit Specific Information Unit: CV Tele B3A, A3 Neuro, MedSurg C5, MedSurg B2C Unit Details: Various numbers of beds and patient ratios. Certs: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS for A3 Neuro unit only. Charge Nurse, Clinical Supervisor, and Techs availability vary by unit. Floor-specific orientation typically lasts 2 shifts on the floor. Additional Details COVID vaccine is required or declination form with supporting documentation from clergy or MD.
