POSITION SUMMARY: The incumbent shall be responsible for providing a full range of speech therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment, consistent with the position's qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards. The incumbent shall also demonstrate accountability for and contribution to program development, quality improvement, problem solving and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education and Work Experience: Graduate of an American Speech and Hearing Association accredited Speech Therapy degree program or the equivalent: Required Experience working with an adult and geriatric population: Required Experience working with a population with disabilities: Preferred Licenses and Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association: Required Current State of California Speech & Language Pathology license: Required ORGANIZATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Adventist Health is committed to the safety and wellbeing of our associates and patients.
