Our client, a Women's Ready-To-Wear Brand, is seeking an Store Manager to help support their staff in Miami, FL JOB DESCRIPTION The Store Manager is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience and creating long lasting client relationships. The Store Manager role will aid the store through the development of client books as well as the team’s client book. This position will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the operations and systems of the store run smoothly. Role and Key Responsibilities: Represent as a Brand Ambassador in the community Provide the best shopping experience for each client Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and associates Ensure boutique maintenance, presentation and organization Maintain operations by coordinating and enforcing all policies and procedures Ensure staff is trained in all areas of appropriate register usage and maintenance Capability to identify, monitor and support directives. Enhance the brand's image by maintaining standards and integrity Ensure the selling floor is pristine and organized Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner Take accountability for bi annual inventories Monitor the movement of all inventory and ensure that staff adheres to all retail policies and procedures Qualifications: Proven track record in achieving financial plans Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills Experience in leadership, motivation, training and development of retail staff. Capacity to manage several projects and deadlines simultaneously. Ability to perform well under pressure. Pro-active approach to tasks.
