Job Title: HVAC Inside Sales Location: Thousand Oaks, CA Overview We seek an enthusiastic and skilled HVAC Inside Sales to join our Thousand Oaks, CA team. This role drives sales success by delivering excellent customer service, generating precise quotes, and managing sales projects effectively. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in relationship building, and demonstrates expertise in commercial HVAC systems. Key Responsibilities Build strong, long-term client relationships to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business. Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and sales-related documentation promptly. Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Manage sales projects from initiation to completion, meeting deadlines and achieving or exceeding sales targets. Uphold the principles of safety, integrity, teamwork, and customer-focused service in all interactions. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Additional HVAC certifications or relevant education is a plus. Minimum of 5 years in inside sales, with a proven track record in the commercial HVAC industry. Advanced knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and components, including chillers, boilers, and building automation systems, is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and adaptability to learning new sales software. Demonstrated local and stable work history, with a commitment to fostering long-term growth within the community.
