This critical role supports the sales process by managing customer relationships, preparing accurate proposals, and coordinating the smooth execution of sales projects. Your expertise in HVAC products and ability to collaborate with internal teams will ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities Build strong, long-term customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and trust. Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and contracts, ensuring all details align with project requirements. Manage HVAC sales projects from inception to completion, tracking deadlines and aligning deliverables with customer expectations. Work closely with engineering, operations, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and resolve any issues promptly. Stay updated on industry trends, HVAC products, and customer needs to offer informed and innovative solutions. Qualifications A high school diploma or GED is required; additional certifications or education in HVAC or a related field is preferred. At least five years of inside sales experience in the commercial HVAC industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), CRM systems, and learning new tools quickly. Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Local candidates with a stable work history are highly preferred.
