Commercial Sales Representative 31900 RM12 Dripping Springs, TX 78620 COMPANY: Texas Roof Repair TITLE: Commercial Sales Representative EMPLOYMENT CATEGORY: Full-time LOCATION: Austin, Texas SHIFT: Day/Flexible REPORTS TO: Sales Manager OBJECTIVE/MISSION: Build and maintain relationships with people who need roofing services. Provide solutions to resolve their roofing & waterproofing problems and extend the life of their roofing system. We are a client focused sales organization. We are selling relationships with Texas Roof Repair to our clients. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Achieve monthly sales / revenue goals CRM Updated Daily, as well as CRM Sales and Post-Project Pipelines updated daily. Uncover/discover bidding opportunities (both project and work orders) Qualify project bidding opportunities Establish, nurture, and grow direct customer relationships (owners, asset managers, property managers, facility managers, building engineers, roof consultants) Grow in technical knowledge - both industry-general and project-specific Lead company effort towards customer-centric attitude, service, response, safety & vision, mission & Values Execute daily activities to assure your sales pipeline has adequate opportunities to meet sales goals. Attend weekly sales meetings, training events Achieve all minimum average sales based activities KPI’s & accurately report each Monday. Access roofs for service inspections and create reports -Surveys roofs, diagnoses problem conditions, and formulate corrective solutions. Assists clients by managing their roofing portfolios. Attends Networking Events outside normal business hours. Maintains an organized file system. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Must represent Texas Roof Repair to customers, vendors, industry professionals and others in a professional manner at all times. KEY RESULTS: Achieve monthly sales / revenue goals Provides customers with an outstanding customer service experience. Achieves target project and Gross Margin / labor hour and Gross Margin dollar objectives. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Prior Sales Experience Sense of Urgency and ability to multi-task. Roofing, Real Estate Facility Management and or construction background preferred but not required if the person is coachable. Goal oriented with desire to learn, grow and earn. History of achievement. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Ability to climb ladders up to 2.5 story buildings. COMPENSATION: Base salary ($30,000 - 50,000) depending on experience. Commission and bonus depending on production and experience. Access to a company vehicle. Paid time off Paid Training
