Job Requirements Current RN License (eligible for licensure in state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri). At least 1 year of Tele experience in inpatient settings. Must have skills/experience in Tele. Schedule Information Shift: Nights, 19:00 - 07:00. Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48. Weekend Hours: As required by facility. Assignment Length: 8 weeks. Unit Specific Information Number of Beds: 32. Patient Ratios: Varies. Days 1:5-1:6, nights 1:6-1:7. Equipment: Tele, Lift equipment, IV pumps, tube feeding pumps. EMR: EPIC. Type of Patients on Unit: Med, med tele, respiratory. Personality Fit: Determined, decisive, flexible. Float Requirements: Will float on a rotational basis. Additional Details Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care.
