Job Requirements Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): RN Specialty: 4W Pulmonary Intermediate PCU Shift: 6:45PM - 7:15AM Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekend Hours: Every other weekend Years of Experience: 2 PCU Float Requirements: Yes – Any other PCU or Med Surg Must Have Skills/Experience: Proficient in cardiac monitoring, IV therapy (including PICC line management, dressing changes), IV medications (administration of antibiotics, drips including heparin, nitroglycerin, amiodarone, cardizem) & Tracheostomy Management Preferred Skillset/Experience: Proficient with BiPAPs and high flow and Proficient with chest tubes, Pulmonary disease management Personality Fit: Positive attitude, flexibility with changes on the unit (patient assignments/floated to another unit), and excellent critical thinking in stressful situations.
