Participates in project activities on site related to the coordination, installation, and commissioning of building automation systems. Project Installation Support: Sub-contractor supervision, BMS system start-up, commissioning, and customer training Project Startup: Validate network functionality, provide programming support, and certify the operation of the BMS system with appropriate documentation Work with the project manager to coordinate the activities and needs of the installation team Work with other project team members during the design phase of the project to provide feedback relative to site specific and customer issues Attend on site construction coordination meetings as appropriate Develop and maintain an installation punch list prior to the close of the project Who you are: You have a strong work ethic, take pride in your workmanship, collaborate well with others, and have a continuous desire to learn 2-4-years’ experience and a solid understanding of commercial BAS/HVAC equipment maintenance Experience with BMS systems and Building Controls preferred (Schneider EcoStruxure a plus) Experience with electronic systems, troubleshooting, estimating, and dealing with complexity Good understanding of construction methods Ability to work in a team environment while taking responsibility for individual tasks Strong customer orientation, including the ability to manage expectations and satisfy customers Salary Range: $75K - $100K dependent on experience Reports to BAS Project Manager
