We are seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes, as well as supporting day-to-day administrative operations. Job Summary: The Administrative Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing and overseeing bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, supporting financial reporting, and handling a range of administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both bookkeeping and administrative roles within a manufacturing environment, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities: Bookkeeping & Financial Tasks Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely and accurate manner Record day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring all are entered into QuickBooks Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and reports for management Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking Coordinate with external accountants for audits and tax preparation Administrative Tasks Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring optimal organization and functionality Maintain organized filing systems for financial and administrative records Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding paperwork, timekeeping, and payroll coordination Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors and handle general office inquiries Support management in various projects and assist other departments as needed Qualifications: Experience: Bookkeeping experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting QuickBooks: Proficiency in QuickBooks is required, with a strong understanding of its features and functionalities Knowledge: Familiarity with general accounting principles and best practices within a manufacturing environment Skills: Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) Benefits: Salary, benefits package, and opportunities for growth within our company.
