Hybrid Digital is the apparel print on demand partner to some of the biggest entertainment, music and sports brands in the world – Disney, Marvel, Warner Bros, Nickelodeon, Paramount, Universal, Beatles, Pokémon, NBA, NFL, NASCAR, Rolling Stones, Star Wars and others. The Manager of Franchise Planning is responsible for developing franchise revenue forecasts for the Print on Demand apparel business, serving as a point of contact with select licensors, leading cross-functional meetings with account management and creative, collaborating with the Hybrid Apparel licensing team and partnering with creative managers to ensure effective development and execution of product assortments. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of entertainment and music pop culture, licensing business model and franchise management. Possessing the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously is required. What You'll Do Meet & communicate regularly with licensors and brand managers, alongside the Director, to align on development priorities and sales opportunities. Serve as the main point of contact with select licensors for digital business, leading communications including emails, meetings, and reporting Develop and manage quarterly and annual business forecasts for digital licensing (select licensors), including new proposal forecasts. Partner with Franchise Planning team to organize and facilitate monthly cross-functional meetings with Sales Account Managers (AMs) and Creative Managers - coordinating efforts to address account-specific requirements and support the creative development process to meet retailer expectations and market demands. Trend research – stay on top of what is happening big-picture for our licensors so that we can jump on viral moments and provide quick turn product Oversee team of merchandisers responsible for building product listing images and assortments ensuring that development for new content is curated & prepared well in advance of launch and executing line reviews Other duties may be assigned in accordance with department needs What You'll Need Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent preferred 5 years of licensing and ecommerce account management experience in the apparel industry preferred Strong financial acumen – forecasting revenue, basic profitability modeling – strong excel skills required 2 years of management experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to create PowerPoint presentations and present to external clients Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
