About the Team MongoDB is focused on driving sustainable exponential growth and unlocking new business opportunities to maintain it. The Growth team is committed to expanding our product portfolio's reach by testing hypotheses and experimenting within our Cloud Products and across the full customer experience. About the Role Product Managers on the Growth team work side-by-side with design, engineering, analytics, and marketing to develop solutions that our users love and that work for the business. You'll spend your time deeply understanding customer problems, developing hypotheses, and validating them with creative solutions. If you're doing well, you will continuously identify opportunities to increase paid customer conversion and revenue by making our customers successful in their journey on our platform. This role can be based out of Austin, Boston, New York City, San Francisco, or Seattle. Responsibilities Identify opportunities to increase user success and conversion to paid on our products through enhancing engagement, platform feature expansion, conversion rate optimization, and new opportunities you drive discovery for Work cross-functionally with Design, Marketing, Engineering, and Analytics to formulate hypotheses and turn them into high-quality solutions that bring our products closer to our users Identify user needs and pains, barriers to adoption, and business opportunities through a combination of research, feedback collection, and competitive analysis, and share your learnings with your colleagues Work closely with the broader Product Team to provide input and influence the long-term vision of our products to support the business and product area goals Understand and improve critical funnels and metrics. You're passionate about the business impact of your work, and you'll work collaboratively with your colleagues to maximize it Drive execution against our plan, making trade-offs, anticipating needs, risks, and ensuring frequent and clear communication Lead a cross-functional team to build a roadmap of experience changes that will lead to improved customer experience, regardless of where those changes need to happen Requirements Passion for MongoDB and solving problems for a developer audience You have a growth mentality and can execute at a fast pace, focusing on user experience, impact, and learning Ability to think big and small - you should be comfortable whiteboarding a completely new experience or optimizing an existing workflow or process. You'll know when to do which. You can initiate and work concurrently on multiple projects Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to bridge gaps and collaborate across design, engineering, marketing, analytics, and users Data and business-minded. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB's total compensation and benefits package. Please note, the base salary range listed below and the benefits in this paragraph are only applicable to U.S.-based candidates. MongoDB's base salary range for this role in the U.S. is: $118,000—$231,000 USD
