Qualifications: 3 years of previous administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards (OSHA, etc.) is a plus. 1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Fridays Pay: $15.00/hr Essential Functions: Assist the Safety Director with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and maintaining calendars. Prepare and organize safety reports, training materials, and compliance documentation. Track and maintain safety certifications, training schedules, and employee records. Coordinate and document safety meetings, inspections, and audits.
