Job Description Project Support : Assist in planning and coordinating construction activities, ensuring projects are executed according to schedules and specifications. Documentation Management : Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Communication : Facilitate communication between project managers, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and address issues. Progress Tracking : Monitor project timelines and budgets, reporting on progress and identifying potential delays or cost overruns. Quality Assurance : Help ensure that work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations and industry best practices. Site Visits : Conduct site visits to assess work progress, identify challenges, and ensure adherence to project plans. Risk Management : Assist in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
