Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Anesthesiology in Arizona

Excellent AZ Anesthesiology opportunity for Supplemental coverage starting 11/1/24 or ASAP and ongoing. Eight providers requested. Have urgent need for multiple physicians starting November. Locums need to be credentialed at and work at all 4 locations. Must be willing to share weeknight and weekend call. $500 completion bonus per week for 40 hrs./wk plus at least one night of call. Prefer candidates willing to cover at least 3 weeks per month. Inpatient Scheduled Clinic Hours Beeper Call Shift: 7a - 5p; 5x10 hrs./wk. Call Response: 30 min.
