E-commerce Digital Marketing Manager

TCL is seeking an experienced E-commerce Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role involves developing and executing innovative digital strategies to drive online engagement, enhance brand awareness, and optimize digital channels. The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments to ensure seamless execution and achieve significant revenue growth. Responsibilities Digital Strategy Development Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the brand’s goals. Lead digital projects from concept through to execution, ensuring they align with broader marketing initiatives. Identify new digital growth opportunities, such as emerging social media channels, SEO tactics, or e-commerce enhancements. Campaign Management Plan, coordinate, and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (social media, email, SEO, Google,CPS, content). Optimize campaign performance using analytic tools and adjust strategies based on performance metrics. Manage budgets for digital campaigns, ensuring cost-effective spending and maximizing ROI. Content & Social Media Management Oversee content creation scheduling for digital platforms or media buying. Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and external agencies to create sales-driven, brand-aligned content. Monitor social media trends, manage social platforms, and engage with the online community. Data & Analytic Use digital analytic tools to track, report, and analyze performance metrics. Identify key insights from data and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Monitor KPIs to gauge the success of digital initiatives, report results to stakeholders, and refine strategies as needed. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Mandarin language proficiency is a plus. Experience: 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within the consumer electronics industry. Proven track record managing digital marketing budgets of at least $20 million USD. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and project management skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
