Must-haves -High School Diploma or GED -Exposure or experience working with legal language or documents -At least 3 years of experience -Previous data entry experience -Rapid typist - Verified ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute and 5,000 keystrokes is essential -Ability to work independently Plusses -Bachelors degree -2 years of experience within the legal field Day-to-Day One of our large telecommunication clients is looking to hire Legal Assistants / Entry Specialists to join their growing Legal Emergency Response Team. This position is in support of the Systems Management Team, a group within T-Mobile’s Legal and Emergency Response team that responds to legal demands served upon the company for customer information. The primary role of this contract position is to enter law enforcement organization information into a database and match individual agent profiles with said information. Additionally, the contracted worker will assist with data validation of the entered information. On-the-job training is provided. It is imperative that the candidate be a quick learner, detail-oriented, goal-driven, has excellent communication skills, and is professional. The information they have access to is Sensitive Information as defined by the T-Mobile National Security Agreement (NSA) and is highly confidential. We must have dedicated, mature, professionals in this position. Documents received may sometimes contain graphic photographs or wording. The candidate will need to be aware of, and indifferent to this. Wage Compensation: $18-21 Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
