Tanzerra Resorts is seeking an experienced and analytical Director of Revenue Management with a background in independent, multi-property resorts to join our Fort Lauderdale office. This role requires close collaboration with sales, marketing, finance, and hotel operations to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing revenue. The ideal candidate will be adept at setting direction, developing strategies, and negotiating to maximize revenue opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Revenue Strategy Development : Lead revenue management strategies for assigned resorts by analyzing trends and utilizing a competitive approach to transient and sales strategies, aiming for maximum revenue and yield optimization. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Sales and Hotel Operations teams, providing expert guidance on distribution channels to drive demand. Partner with resort, sales, and marketing teams to develop and execute an optimal sales mix, enhancing performance across properties. Performance Analysis : Analyze STR Reports, KPIs, and other relevant data to monitor trends, pace, and performance metrics. Provide regular reports, presenting insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Inventory & Pricing Oversight : Regularly assess room inventory and rates, implementing timely adjustments to maximize revenue. Ensure strategic placement of group, transient, and catering business for optimal revenue and profit flow. Innovation & Process Improvement : Cultivate a collaborative and innovative environment that leverages technical expertise to improve revenue management processes across the Tanzerra Resorts portfolio. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, business, or a related field. At least 4 years of leadership experience in revenue management. Proficiency with revenue management systems such as Synxis, CRS, Duetto, or IDeaS. Expertise in hotel reservation, sales, and catering management systems, as well as property management systems. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel. Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English.
