Position : Litigation Attorney Location : Denver, CO, mostly in office with some hybrid flexibility Experience: 3 years Compensation: $100,000-$150,000 base bonus potential Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our client's growing team in the Denver area. This role involves handling complex civil litigation cases with a focus on providing strategic and effective representation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses excellent analytical skills, and is comfortable taking ownership of cases from start to finish. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, including preparing pleadings, conducting depositions, drafting motions, and representing clients in court. Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and support staff to strategize case development, including evaluating legal options and making informed recommendations. Conduct thorough legal research and analyze relevant case law to support litigation strategy. Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes when appropriate. Maintain open communication with clients, keeping them informed about case progress and legal developments. Prepare cases for trial and provide representation in court as required. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Colorado Bar and good standing (additional Bar admissions are a plus). Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in areas such as commercial litigation, construction, real estate, personal injury, or insurance defense. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience in client interaction and courtroom representation. Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively while meeting deadlines. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Preferred Attributes: Strong commitment to client service and case excellence. Trial experience Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to varying case demands. Familiarity with litigation software and legal research tools is a plus.
