In this role, you will provide strategic and operational leadership aimed at expanding our impact and outreach in the community. As a visionary leader, your understanding of cultural challenges facing the next generation, alongside a biblical response, will guide your efforts. The ideal candidate will combine experience in ministry and business, showcasing a solid history of organizational and team leadership, as well as a successful track record in ministry growth. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex projects are essential, along with a talent for casting a compelling vision to engage donors. We seek candidates with an undergraduate degree; a graduate or seminary degree is strongly preferred. Additionally, you should have 5-7 years of leadership experience, particularly in organizational settings, and over 10 years of experience in ministry or camp leadership. We are looking for a compassionate team builder with a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a passion for transforming lives. The right individual will possess a spirit of humility and bring positive, driven energy. You will be culturally aware yet not controlled by culture, demonstrating the fruits of the Spirit in your life and ministry. Collaboration with board members, staff, and ministry partners will be key as you help re-cast the organization’s vision and guide us into a new phase of ministry.
