This senior-level management role requires the successful candidate to work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to ensure the organization's values and goals are integrated throughout, maintaining the highest level of service quality, and departmental efficiency, and driving continuous improvement. The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for guiding a team of seasoned operations managers and directors, optimizing the user experience in collaboration with the clinical leadership team, and monitoring key performance metrics to uphold quality standards and performance guarantees. Applicants for the Vice President of Operations position at The Company must have a Master's degree in a mental health discipline, such as social work, counseling, or psychology, and a minimum of 10 years of management experience in EAP, healthcare, or a related field. The role demands a candidate with a strong background in building and scaling teams, systems, and processes, excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills, and extensive knowledge of the EAP/workforce mental health industry, including the competitive landscape. An entrepreneurial spirit, strong reasoning ability, and problem-solving skills are essential. A Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) or CEAP eligibility is a plus. The successful candidate will also be involved in identifying, training, and developing new leaders within the organization, working with HR to implement and refine policies that attract and retain high-performing staff, and providing on-call/after-hours support as needed.
