About the Role We are seeking a visionary President & CEO to lead our organization in navigating the rapidly changing payments landscape. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in modern payment systems, treasury management services, digital banking, or fintech compliance. In this pivotal role, you will define and implement policies that enhance member satisfaction while ensuring the organization’s financial health and sustainability. As President & CEO, your responsibilities will include: Overseeing all facets of organizational operations. Representing the company at industry events and advocating for our interests. Contributing to member and organizational success by building strong relationships. Developing and executing strategic plans. Fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusivity within the organization. Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of U.S. payment systems, demonstrated leadership experience in a senior role, preferably within a professional association or the payments/financial services industries. You should possess a proven track record in strategic planning and financial management with the capacity to inspire a diverse team towards growth and success.
