Schedule Information OT/Holiday Multiplier: 1.25x. NBO: 8 hrs. OT billing: if scheduled 36-40 hrs/week, OT billed after 40 hrs; if scheduled 48 hrs/week, OT billed after 40 hrs. Unit Specific Information N:P ratio information encouraged on work history. Comfortable caring for up to 5-7 patients. Additional Details Work history/resume and home/taxable address required.
