Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive plumbing services, including maintenance and repairs, in high-rise environments. Quickly identify and resolve a variety of plumbing issues, ensuring minimal disruption to residents and property operations. Carry out installations, repairs, and replacements to the highest standard. Work closely with property management teams and residents to effectively address and resolve plumbing matters. Comply with all local plumbing codes and standards to ensure safety and legality of all work performed. Offer rapid response to emergency plumbing situations, prioritizing client needs and safety. Keep detailed records of all service activities, including parts used and time spent. Foster positive relationships through clear and effective communication with both team members and clients. Requirements: A minimum of 5 years' experience in plumbing services, with a specific focus on high-rise buildings. Mandatory possession of backflow certification. In-depth understanding of plumbing systems and the ability to manage complex plumbing tasks. Demonstrated capability in diagnosing and fixing a wide range of plumbing issues. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; adept at working both independently and as part of a team. A proven, stable work history backed by references. Preference for candidates currently residing in or near Los Angeles, CA. Desirable Skills: Prior experience working alongside property management entities. A good grasp of Los Angeles building codes and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in reading and interpreting plumbing schematics and blueprints.
