IT Product Manager II Location: Richfield, MN (Occasional Hybrid) Tell us about your department: Team: Enhance Team within the Digital Shopping Experience organization which ladders up into the Digital & Technology Organization (DAT). Purpose: Our team is dedicated to enhancing the company shopping experience by delivering relevant and engaging product recommendations and helping customers discover accessories, services, and warranties that complete their solutions. Through cross-site strategies and personalized recommendations, we aim to anticipate and fulfill each customer's unique needs, creating a seamless and world-class shopping journey. Working closely with internal teams, we serve both internal and end customers by providing hyper-personalized experiences that bring value and ease to their online shopping. Role Overview / Project Description: As a Product Manager on the Recommendations Experiences Team, you'll play a vital role in enhancing our online recommendations by defining and executing a customer-focused product roadmap. Collaborating with cross-functional teams in design, engineering, and business, you'll deliver high-quality, relevant product suggestions that enrich the customer journey. With a strong focus on customer needs, you'll prioritize impactful features and bring personalized recommendations to life in alignment with our product vision. This includes recommending both complementary and supplementary products for our customers as we help them discover products they might not have otherwise considered. Position Summary/Job Description: Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and manage a visionary and comprehensive product roadmap for recommendations experience team. 2. Align product strategies with business goals and customer needs. 3. Lead the product lifecycle in close partnership with engineering and experience design, from concept to launch. 4. Prioritize product features and improvements based on user feedback, data analysis, and market trends. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and delivery of recommendation experiences. 6. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for recommendations, using insights to inform ongoing product improvements and enhance the customer journey. 7. Drive A/B testing initiatives to validate the effectiveness of new recommendation features and fine-tune user experience based on results. 8. Communicate product updates and roadmap effectively with peers and stakeholders, fostering alignment and enthusiasm across departments. 9. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings in recommendations and services to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. 10. Gather and synthesize feedback from customers and business partners to continuously improve the recommendation experience. 11. Develop and maintain documentation on recommendation processes, product changes, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and onboarding. REQUIRED Skills Overview: 1.
