Position Summary/Objective: The Manager, Ticket Sales and Service will be responsible for leading team of Account Executives as well as driving new business and returning business through the sale of ticket packages and group ticket sales. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Lead and manage team of Account Executives under the vision and direction of the Vice President, Ticket Sales and Service Personally sell PBR tickets for designated events with emphasis on group ticket sales Design and facilitate continuing sales training for ticket sales team Work with Vice President, Ticket Sales and Service to design and facilitate executable ticket sales plans Contribute positively to a competitive sales culture and participate in/lead sales team meetings and training sessions Regularly produce accurate updates on prospecting activity, sales performance, etc. for sales team and themselves Provide customer service support as necessary Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with CRM and Archtics preferred. Proven leadership in a sales environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications. Ability to maintain records timely and accurately. Flexible and adaptable to change. Education & Formal Training: Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: Minimum of 4-years in ticket sales, in sports and entertainment industry Minimum of 2-years in sales leadership Working Conditions: Location: Fort Worth, TX Normal office hours Monday-Friday Weekends, extended hours, and travel may be required Travel for business purposes as needed Endeavor unites and brings people together in our love of sport, culture, and entertainment.
