Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: i. Manage a portfolio of supplier/third-party relationships and contracts from initial supplier engagement through contract execution and termination. ii. Act as primary point of contact to supply chain management and RSO iii. Prepare and assemble complete procurement request package for purchase order or change order requests iv. Initiate and oversee new contract (Master Agreement, SOWs, etc.) and change order efforts. v. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Legal, IT, etc. To draft and review contracts including pricing, risk items, and other terms and conditions. vi. Work on RFx/Competitive Bid efforts in partnership with Procurement/Supply Management, including gathering and drafting of requirements in a statement of work, supplier response reviews, providing inputs on evaluations and selection/award decisions vii. Prepare internal reports capturing status/updates on competitive bid and/or contracting efforts, viii. Lead meetings, develops agendas, summarize, and document decisions and action items. ix. Resolve billing, operational, and contractual issues related to outsourcing efforts x. Recommend outsourcing solutions to address operational needs xi. Support audits and/or data requests by researching and analyzing information, policies, and procedures. xii. Occasionally, manage and track the status of supplier work performance against tasks and project milestones in SOWs xiii. Initiate, lead, or participates in cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. xiv. Facilitate Invoice / Payment approvals and release and provide forecast spend for vendors xv. Provide functional direct to senior specialist (analyst supporting contract advisement) xvi. Coordinate on-boarding of new resources for new / changed purchase orders Qualifications and Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or a combination of experience, education and training. Thorough knowledge of project, program, or contract management. Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to develop and manage relationships with both internal and external contacts. Typically possesses five (5) to eight (8) years experience in program, or contract management Excellent communication skills, experience in and knowledge of contract law, Negotiation skills, Project management, effective stakeholder management, drives for results. Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property. Preferred Skills: Detects any discrepancies between the lab testing plan, tests results and system data, and reports on these issues. Communicates the result of the lab testing analysis and discusses with the Senior Lab Technician and the Project Lead Engineer. Makes recommendations for possible revisions to future testing plans for given types of equipment. Pay Range: The pay range for this position is 15.50 - 51.08 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
