Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $2,768 per week

Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support Compact or VA state licensure Job Details Registered Nurse position available. Specialty in 5E MSTele RN. 13 weeks with possible extension. Nights shift from 7:00pm-7:30am; weekdays, every other weekend, Float, Holidays within contract. Shifts are 3x12 or 4x12 (OT after 48 hours) - candidate preference is taken into account. Facility does not accommodate blocked schedule requests on this unit. Must be EPIC proficient - NO EXCEPTIONS. Skills required: IV Start, Telemetry Interpretation. Patient Ratios - 1:7. 2 years experience required, travel experience preferred. Job Requirements BLS certification required via American Heart Association. Compact or VA license in hand - no exceptions. Must include Qualivis Cover Sheet and current NURSYS report. All RTO must be included on Qualivis Cover Sheet.
