Certification Details BLS (required) WV/Compact RN License (required) ACLS (preferred for 3S CV Telemetry RN specialty) Job Details 3S CV Telemetry RN 3x12 or 4x12 Nights 7p-7a, weekdays, every other weekend, float Pre/Post Op surgical cardiovascular patients and medical cardiac patients who require progressive care/monitoring.
