Certification Details Certs REQ: CPR, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TN or TNCC required. ACLS from American Heart Association (including RQI) or the American Red Cross. BLS from American Heart Association (including RQI) or the American Red Cross. PALS from American Heart Association (including RQI) or the American Red Cross. NRP required. Intermediate EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring preferred. Tech Cert Verification - National Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication) State License 1 Verification NIH Stroke Certification Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam Competency Exam Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam Job Details 6 week contract Position / Specialty: ER RN Shift: 3x12 Nights (1900-0700) Charge experience required Weekend REQ: every other Is on-call REQ? No. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No Holiday Requirement: 1 major Ratios: 1:4 for all shifts Years of experience REQ: Minimum 2 years experience required. First-timers accepted: Yes Open to accommodating block schedule? No. Locals accepted: Yes- no radius Pending License accepted: No- must have active IL license to apply. RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days. Guaranteed Hours: Client may cancel (call off) 1 shift per calendar month without paying for the cancelled hours. The cancelled shift must be the regular shift length to which the Candidate is assigned (i.e. Client cannot break down the shift cancellation into smaller increments). Special Requirements: CPR, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS required. Conscious Sedation, IV start, Telemetry, Vents required Level 1 Trauma Experience and Triage preferred.
