Painter/Blaster

Job Title: Industrial Painter / Blaster Location: Tampa, FL Shift: Monday – Friday Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter / Blaster to join our dynamic team in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for surface preparation, painting, and maintaining safety standards on various projects. If you have experience with airless spray guns, sandblasting, and are passionate about safety and quality, this could be a great opportunity for you Key Responsibilities: Painting: Utilize brushes, rollers, and airless spray guns to apply paint to a variety of surfaces. Sandblasting: Use your knowledge of surface preparation techniques (SP7, SP14, SP6, SP10, SP5) to prepare surfaces for coating. Surface Preparation: Perform tasks such as scraping, power washing, sanding, wire brushing, and sealing to ensure surfaces are properly prepped for painting. Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your teammates. Team Collaboration: Work closely with a team to complete projects on time while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Requirements: Proven experience in industrial painting, sandblasting, or a related field. Strong knowledge of surface preparation techniques (SP7, SP14, SP6, SP10, SP5). Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Strong attention to safety practices and quality. Ability to lift, stand, and move for extended periods. PPE required: steel-toe boots, hard hat, safety glasses, high-visibility vest or shirt, pants, and t-shirt.
