This position is responsible for successfully providing the following system analyst functions and network/telecommunications administration functions. This position is located at 500 The Lakes Parkway Griffin, GA. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide help-desk support, network support, and participate in developing strategic goals for the Information Technology Plan, as required Liaison with IT vendors Assist in providing support in the implementation, documentation and training of hardware and software; assist in the development of procedures and practices and testing of network and desktop software and hardware products; research products and vendors Perform intra-group roles with the Network and Telecommunications Systems Group Embrace and support growing business demands in a changing environment Act as a primary POC for all systems related incidents and communicate with ELT Monthly reporting of incidents, request, problems, and changes resolutions Create and maintain System Policies where needed Design and enact current and relevant Systems/Applications training Maintain and monitor physical inventory of Rinnai Assets Handle system related events and incidents Disaster/Incident Recovery Various projects as requested Awareness and compliance of Company Policies and Procedures Generate Reports as requested by management Remain informed about the latest productivity and support technologies Remain proficient in all the end user technologies used by Rinnai Corporation Other duties and responsibilities as assigned KNOWLEDGE Knowledge of Windows desktop Operating Systems 10 and 11, Server 2012 Experience with ServiceNow, Azure/M365, Intune 3 years' experience in equivalent role Familiarity with manufacturing environment a plus SKILLS Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to document processes Familiar in the use of help desk tools, prioritization of support calls, effective documentation of how a call was answered/remediated Excellent Communication/Documentation skills and strong customer-service orientation Must be able to manage multiple projects at one time REQUIREMENTS: KNOWLEDGE Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience Minimum 3 yrs experience in a data processing environment equivalent to a microcomputer specialist performing configuration, implementation, administration and support of LANs Minimum 2 years of experience in developing and maintaining database systems and department wide applications. SKILLS Familiar with all aspects of the IT Industry; including network and telecommunications support services; computer hardware and software applications and associated security and backup procedures; modern office methods Project management Certifications (MSDBA, MSCAD.NET or MSCD.NET) preferred. ABILITIES Effective time/goal management of competing priorities Ability to be on 24-hour on-call status Collaboration Minimized system 'Down time' events. Successful creation and maintenance of database warehouse providing decision support systems to executive decision-makers. Daily monitoring of automated system jobs and events. Helpdesk and Network support Timely submittal of standard deliverables.
