Locum Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Family Practice in Minnesota

A Clinic is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens coverage. Rural Minnesota offers a serene escape into the heart of the Midwest. You can explore the vast landscapes, pristine lakes, and dense forests by hiking, fishing, and camping in one of the region's many state parks, The credentialing timeframe averages 90 days. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM. Required certifications include a Minnesota license and DEA registration. This is a solo provider role supported by a clinical medical assistant (CMA) or licensed practical nurse (LPN). The EMR system used is EPIC. The ideal candidate should be able to perform basic procedures, including basic suturing. Same-day orthopedic cases are typically referred to an orthopedic clinic, and patients requiring triage between same-day care or the ER will be assessed by an ER RN.
