AWS Python Engineer

Role: AWS Python Engineer (W2 only) Location: Reston, VA (hybrid onsite) Duration: 12 months Interview: In person Top skills: Python, Pandas, Boto3, PySpark, PyTest, SQL. Job Description: Python Developer (Senior) with AWS development expertise. The candidate should have expertise working with Python, Pandas, Boto3, PySpark, PyTest, SQL. AWS services: Lambda, S3, Step Functions, Glue, EC2, ECS, CloudFormation, RDS, CloudWatch, Redshift, REST API, Docker. Additional skills required: Git, Terraform, Jira, Confluence, and Agile. It would be great if the candidates have experience with shell scripting, AWS CLI based executions, application builds and development unit test executions. Excellent communication (oral and written) skills are also required. Must Have skills: Python, PySpark. AWS native services. Databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Aurora). Data engineering (EMR, Redshift, Glue). Serverless experience (Lambda, step functions). Containerization (ECS with Fargate).
