Job Title: ServiceNow Architect ( Accepting only US Citizens & Green Holder candidates ) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that drive business value for one of our key clients. This role will serve as the primary technical expert and strategic advisor for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals and best practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow, including architecture, development, and administration, and will be instrumental in shaping its evolution to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: Architecture and Design: Define and design ServiceNow solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability. Develop architectural blueprints and integration strategies for ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps). Evaluate and recommend best practices for ServiceNow implementation and ongoing usage. Implementation and Development: Lead the technical implementation of new ServiceNow functionalities and enhancements. Customize and configure workflows, user interfaces, and APIs to meet specific business requirements. Oversee integrations with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, and SSO. Platform Governance: Establish and enforce ServiceNow platform standards, governance frameworks, and best practices. Monitor platform health, resolve issues, and ensure high availability and performance. Manage version upgrades, security patches, and updates. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions. Partner with developers and administrators to ensure high-quality deliverables. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow innovations and identify opportunities to leverage new capabilities. Develop proof-of-concepts for new features and drive their adoption. Regularly review and optimize the platform for efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications and Skills Experience: 7 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years working with ServiceNow. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and or SecOps. Proven track record of designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions in a large-scale environment. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data modeling, and application development. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, GlideScript) and ServiceNow configuration. Expertise in integration tools (e.g., MID Server) and protocols (REST, SOAP). Certifications: ServiceNow; Certified Systems Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred. ITIL Foundation or advanced certifications are a plus. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Self-motivated and capable of working independently or leading a team. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Familiarity with CMDB, discovery tools, and event management within ServiceNow. Background in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and IT infrastructure is advantageous.
