Senior HRIS Analyst Our client is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience and expertise in SuccessFactors and ADP to join our Human Resources team. Your responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day administration of HR systems, leading system implementation projects, developing HR reports and dashboards, and ensuring compliance with data privacy laws. Additionally, you'll provide ongoing support to HRIS users, develop and deliver training materials, and manage user access. If you're a skilled HRIS professional who excels at optimizing systems and aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives, we encourage you to apply ((Boston, Hybrid, Up to $110K)) Bachelor’s degree, required 3-5 years of experience in HRIS, requires and additional experience in HR, preferred Proven experience in system administration, implementation, and optimization. Strong understanding of HR processes and data management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage large data sets. Excellent project management skills, with experience leading HRIS projects.
