Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Science/AI Engineer with extensive experience in large language models (LLMs) and Python development. This role will be critical in developing and deploying state-of-the-art AI solutions that address complex challenges Key Responsibilities Architect, implement, and optimize large language models tailored to applications in biotechnology. Develop and maintain scalable, reliable Python-based data pipelines and AI systems to support research and product development. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including researchers, data scientists, and engineers, to design and deploy robust AI/ML models. Monitor advancements in AI and ML technologies, with a focus on LLMs, and recommend their strategic application to ongoing and future projects. Required Qualifications A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. A Ph.D. is preferred but not mandatory. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, with a demonstrated focus on LLM development and deployment in a commercial enviroment. Proven expertise in delivering Python-based AI solutions for production environments. Advanced knowledge of Python and machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) In-depth understanding of natural language processing, transformers, and techniques for fine-tuning LLMs. Proficiency in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
