Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards. Develop and deliver health and safety training programs for staff and contractors. Maintain accurate records of incidents, injuries, and safety training programs. Assist in investigating incidents and accidents, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. Monitor compliance with HSE regulations and evaluate HSE performance. Collaborate with operational teams to promote a safety-first culture. Prepare reports on HSE performance and recommend improvements. May Travel offshore twice out of the year Requirements Experienced with OSHA standards 1926 and 1910 Degree/Experience in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles within the oil and gas industry. Strong knowledge of relevant HSE regulations and standards. Experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and HSE management software. Certified Health and Safety Professional (CHSP) or equivalent qualification preferred.
