The ideal candidate will create individualized education plans (IEPs), provide tailored instruction, and collaborate with staff and families to ensure student success. Responsibilities : Develop and implement IEPs in compliance with state and federal laws. Provide direct instruction and assess student progress. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents. Maintain accurate records and participate in ongoing professional development. Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education (required). Valid California Special Education Teaching Credential (required). Experience with IEPs and differentiated instruction. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
