Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher at Northern Refrigerated Transportation in Ontario, CA. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring trucking services, dispatching drivers, tracking shipments, managing schedules, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods. The role requires effective communication with drivers, customers, and other transportation personnel to facilitate smooth operations. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of transportation operations and logistics Experience with dispatching software systems Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed Previous experience in the transportation industry is a plus
