The QMS Coordinator is responsible for providing support for the effective implementation and maintenance of Generac’s Quality Management System. This position will work with cross functional teams to provide direct support for the administration of the Document Management System, Corrective Action process, and Audit Management program. Additionally, the QMS Coordinator will provide administrative support for Generac’s eQMS software solution. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure that the Generac Quality Management System (GQMS) is maintained and adhered to by providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams Maintain the Generac Document Management System by: Working with teams to migrate documents into the eQMS software system Performing document reviews of new and revised documents to ensure compliance with Generac standards Conducting regular reviews of document status and following up with document owners on any open actions Support the Generac Audit Program to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements by: Conducting assigned management system and process audits Reviewing the status of open product and process audits and following up with auditors as needed Support the Generac Corrective Action process by: Reviewing the status of open actions and following up with assignees as required Providing support and training for users to navigate the corrective action process in the eQMS software Provide administrative support for Generac’s eQMS software, including: Maintaining keyword lists Resolving user reported issues in the Help Desk module Managing the global user list Supporting user access issues Assist with creating and deploying documentation and training of GQMS processes Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent career experience Preferred Job Requirements: Experience with ISO 9001:2015 Document management system experience eQMS software experience Working knowledge of SAP Experience managing projects with cross functional teams Demonstrated knowledge of quality management system fundamentals ISO Internal Audit experience Microsoft Office proficiency To formally apply to this position click here: https://generac.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/External/details/Quality-Management-Systems-Coordinator_JR3754?qqms%20coordinator.
