Learn more at www.analog.com and on LinkedIn.About the Role: The AI Operations Content Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the Chief AI Office by developing materials that communicate the AI team's objectives, project milestones, and achievements across the organization. This role is integral to ensuring that the AI team's strategic goals and activities are effectively conveyed to both internal stakeholders and key external audiences. The ideal candidate is skilled in creating precise and operationally focused content that improves understanding, fosters alignment across teams, and supports the efficient implementation of AI initiatives. Responsibilities: Operational Content Development: Design and develop internal materials that clearly communicate the AI team's vision, goals, and project milestones. Collaborate with Project Managers and team leads to track milestones and provide timely updates for cross-functional visibility.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clarity around the AI team's ongoing projects and strategic direction.Ensure AI team objectives, progress, and key outcomes are effectively communicated for alignment within the organization and to support operational effectiveness.Periodic updates to the strategy documentation based on updates and changes along the way.Strategic Communications Support: Develop regular updates and reports, such as weekly newsletters or team communications, to highlight the AI team's progress and achievements.Collaborate on thought leadership content and messaging to articulate the AI team's impact on organizational goals and technological advancements.Executive Engagement Support: Assist in organizing and preparing content for the Chief AI Officer's external presentations and engagements, ensuring alignment with corporate messaging and strategic goals.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field.3 years of experience in content development, operations, or communications, ideally within AI, technology, or a related industry.Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear and concise materials for varied audiences.Preferred Skills: Understanding of AI concepts and familiarity with technology project workflows.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on project goals, track milestones, and communicate updates.Ability to simplify complex information into strategic messaging that supports organizational goals.High attention to detail and consistency in content creation and reporting.Proficiency with tools like PowerPoint, SharePoint, Confluence, and other content management or collaboration platforms.Adaptability and comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
