Who You Are: You have expertise in creating solutions through analyzing data and while knowing how to optimize processes that will contribute to overall business success. You bring program experience to the table which enables you to gather information across teams and lead in a decision-making process. The Impact You Will Have: As a QTS People Services Program Manager for Office and Headcount Planning you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various People Services programs within QTS. Your main responsibility will be to oversee our headcount planning processes across QTS, in partnership with internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will take information gathered during headcount planning and ensure we have adequate location strategies and space available as our company continues to grow. Major responsibilities include program development, stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role will lead project teams, monitor budgets, and assess program effectiveness. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of programs with overall business objectives and fosters a positive work culture and employee engagement. What You Will Do: Develop processes to support the execution of the headcount planning process across QTS Track, monitor, and strategize around current office space availability and develop solutions to opportunities Develop and implement other program strategies aligned with QTS and People Services goals. Lead, influence, and participate in cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives. Monitor and track budgets in partnership with leadership, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns. Identify risks and participate in resolution planning to ensure successful program delivery. Develop and maintain timelines, ensuring programs are delivered on schedule. Recommend and implement quality control measures and metrics to drive program standards and measure program performance against objectives. Surface challenges and recommend resolutions to issues that may arise during the program's life cycle. Prepare and present regular reports to leadership on program progress and key performance indicators. Navigate changes and adapt strategies based on evolving circumstances or feedback.
